About

To support young people 'looked after' by Durham County's Children and Young People's Service and care leavers formerly looked after by the above, up to the age of 25.We do this by organising various activities designed to educate, support and provide independent advice and get together young people to have fun, enjoy new activities and build and maintain relationships.
