Provides specialist legal information, advice and/or advocacy on benefits, debt, employment and housing plus assisted information on other subjects. Services to be reviewed in 2013 eg; family law to be added. Most of HWRA's services are provided to Harlow residents. A limited range of information and other services are provided to other areas - please contact charity for details of exceptions.
