1. To advance the education of young people between the ages of 16 and 30 years who are in financial need or who lack social skills (the beneficial class).2. To assist young people in the beneficial class to develop social and occupational skills to enable them to obtain employment by making grants to members of the beneficial class or to other organisations with these objects.
