Distribute grants to individual children and children's charities, where children are under the age of 18 years and live within the transmission area of Viking FM. Funding will be given to children suffering with mental, physical or sensory disabilities, behavioural or psychological disorders, living in poverty of deprivation, suffering abuse or neglect. To provide opportunities to young people.
