Raising funds to promote the training of volunteers and carers working with older and less able people who will who will then be able to set up community groups where they will teach safe and suitable exercise, provide opportunities for life long learning, pastoral care and social activities and provide healthy living advice, and to provide leisure time facilities for older and less able people.
