FADS provides information, guidance, support and a professional counselling service to family members affected by substance and/or alcohol misuse. FADS recognises service users themselves as family members. Furthermore, FADS provides a preventative, educational programme available to all Schools and Colleges. FADS utilises the resources offered by ex-service User volunteers.
