Provide information, support and befriending to people across Powys experiencing distress, isolation or poverty. Work within the rural communities of Powys to raise awareness of mental health issues and facilitate early access for those in distress. Promote the rural stress and social inclusion agenda and with partners develop strategies to address the need of those who are hardest to reach.
