CARERS TOGETHER IN REDCAR AND CLEVELAND

We inform and represent adult carers within Redcar and Cleveland. We provide a quarterly magazine and one to one support across the borough. We have up to date information and a carers information pack. We provide social activities and services including parties, outings and therapies. We have worked closely with the LSP to develop, establish and facilitate a Carers Partnership.
