About

The advancement of the musical education of children and young people, resident in Torbay, under the age of 18 years and who attend a school in the Borough of Torbay but who cannot afford either an instrument or music tuition by:a) the provision of musical instruments by gift or loan and/or b) grants towards the costs of musical tuition for such children.
