About

Provide practical and emotional support to Carers responsible for the care of children, adults or older people at home, who have a physical/sensory disability, learning disability, mental health issue or who are chronically ill. A Young Carers Project offers a specialist service for children up to the age of 18 years who have caring responsibilities.
