We aim to improve the quality of life of Asian Elders, women in particular, by providing help and support through regular meetings at a local day centre, celebrating major asian festivals, organising exercise sessions and leisure activities, arranging outdoor visits, offering advice and assistance to individual members by referals to the appropriate experts.
