Main activities of the organisation are in the provision of help and advice to the local community on a range of issues, with particular regard to social welfare. The organisation puts individuals into contact with appropriate agencies for dealing with issues including debt management, housing benefits, job seeking and welfare rights. Advice is issued within the premises of the community shop.
