Having failed to secure funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund it was resolved at a special general meeting of the Friends Of Brigg County Bridge held on Wed 20 Jan 2010 that the Friends of Brigg County Bridge should be disolved. Having paid for the hire of the room for the meeting the funds remaining should be repaid to Brigg Town Council who had made grants for seed funding of the Friends.
