The company has two primary aims: to promote the education of the public through raising awareness of sustainable, bio-dynamic and organic methods of food production and sustainable living practices that facilitate a respect for and caring for the natural world; to further the education of the public through research and the study of organic, bio-dynamic and sustainable systems of food production.
