The charity is established to advance the education of children attending primary, secondary and special schools, primarily in the London Borough of Bromley, in science and related subjects provided that in doing so the trust shall not relieve the Local Authority of any of its statutory obligations, nor duplicate the same. It is there to encourage and enhance science education.
