Information, advice and support to family carers - those who look after partners, friends and relatives who could not manage alone due to illness, disability or old age. The service is provided through a drop in Centre, telephone helpline, outreach activity and home visits. Activities include one to one support, support groups, social and leisure activities, therapies and training.
