A group of local residents who want to make the Dartmoor Forest Parish a great place to live. HMCA acts as a catalyst to start and support projects, generate local action and encourage all local people to have a say in shaping their future. HMCA works to pull together the strands of Parish life, to reduce social isolation, and to build bridges with and between existing authorities.
