BCR's involvement in the community has ceased. The Board has placed the BELL Centre for sale and as soon as the building has been sold & debts paid, BCR will be removed from the register of Charitable organisations, and with Companies House and wound up. A nursery, the only source of income, is already run by the purchaser but such income is irregular and less than the agreed rent.
