The Charity's Objects ("the Objects") are in particular for the relief of the elderly at the trustee's discretion such other members of society in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") who are suffering from mental and/or physical difficulties by the provision of such assistance and services which are directly calculated to relieve their needs.
