(a) Apply the income of the Trust Fund so far as practical in the promotion of Arts and advancing education, in particular, the Fine Arts English Literature History and Natural History in the area of North and North West Norfolk.(b) Such charitable purposes for the benefit of the inhabitants of North and North West Norfolk as the Trustees, in their absolute discretion, think fit.
