The provision of assistance to young homeless and hungry people between the ages of 16 and 25 by providing them with Starter Packs when they move into rented accommodation, usually found by HerefordshireCouncil, and by issuing Food Vouchers via our connection with Commexions. The Starter Pack scheme is administered for the Rent Guarantee Scheme by Shelter Hereford.
