We work with people affected by anxiety disorders, obsessions & phobias, supporting & encouraging them to work towards, & maintain, their recovery. Clients are helped to plan, initiate & carry through personal recovery programmes using cognitive behavioural techniques. Services include groups, home visits, helpline & counselling, many accessible online & by telephone plus face to face locally.
