Chantry Community Primary School is a school wholly maintained by the Local Education Authority, the East Sussex County Council. Under the Articles of Government the School Governors are empowered to raise and administer a school fund which they have done for many years. The Governors received advice that this fund should by law be registered as a charity and accordingly entered into a Declaration
