About

We work closely with, and provide long-term support to, local volunteers who contribute to and manage 'Good Neighbour Schemes', such as Welcome Home from Hospital, Community Car, Mobile Warden and Befriending Schemes, Lunch Clubs and many others. These provide a wide range of social care and support, access to health and other services, opportunities for social, and leisure activities.
