MhIST operates in Bolton and the surrounding areas and provides a variety of services to people who experience mental health problems and carers.The services we offer are; counselling; advocacy; self help groups for people with depression, OCD (obessive compulsive disorder), Bi Polar, Self harming behaviour; craft and social group
