HCVYS is a federation of voluntary youth organisations in Hertfordshire that provide a range of activities to equip young people for their future role as well balanced members of society. Collectively the current member groups represent tens of thousands of active young people and many hundreds of adult volunteers all giving freely of their time and energy to the benefit of their local community.
