To provide financial support to enable the service users of the Harbour to benefit from services and facilities which are not provided by statutory bodies: such as funding a monthly evening social club, additional equipment for those with complex/very complex needs, purchasing christmas presents for service users and contributing towards the Centre's Christmas dinner.
