Provide care and treatment of persons in the North West of England aged 16 years and over who are homeless or in need of help in acquiring a settled way of life.Provide advice, guidance and practical support to assist these people to obtain temporary or permanent accommodation suited to their needs.To educate these persons so as to develop as responsible individuals and members of society.
