About

The Association provides facilities for indoor sports (e.g. badminton) and exercise classes (e.g. aerobics). There is a well-equipped gym, weights rooms and an external multi use games area. It is active in sports development for young people in relation to which it works with most local schools. Remedial exercising regimes have now been provided for more than 800 patients referred by local GPs.
