To maintain and manage Boldron Village Hall for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the Township and Parish of Boldron without distinction of sex, or political religious or other opinions, in accordance with the first schedule of the original deed of gift.
