Supporting children of both gender from ages 5.3/4 to 18 plus of the local community through scouting in physical, mental and spiritual ability inorder to take a constructive place in society both local, nationally and internationally by adults, parents and general leadership support, all of which is supported in the main by voluntary aid and contribution.
