About

Provides quality mental health services in a non-judgemental environment for those coping or recovering from mental ill health and emotional distress. E.g. Services that Sunderland Mind provides are counselling, group work, drop-in, ex-offender support, alternative therapies and wellbeing activities. Families & Carers are also supported. The service operates a self referral, open access policy.

Where we work
