Atherton & Tyldesley District Scout Council operates within the policy, organisation and rules of the Scout Association. It encompasses 5 groups within the district containing Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorer and network scouts. Total head count for Atherton & Tyldesley is 236 including 191 young people (age range 5-18) and 45 leaders, helpers and including district administration.
