The principal objectives of the company is to provide free confidential impartial and independent advice and information for the benefit of the community to improve the policies and practices that affect peoples lives as declared in the company's governing document dated 23/3/1987.The Bureau continues to operate from a central location as well as outreaches at Cowgate and Cruddas Park.
