Southern Neighbourhood Council is a drop-in centre based within the Riverside area of Liverpool Formed in 1973, we have an open-door policy dealing with housing, environmental and social issues. We work with the elderly and vulnerable operating a visiting service, social club, lunch club etc.. We also work with children and run a Kins Club 3 evenings a week.All our services are free.
