The charity is governed by a Trust Deed dated 2nd November 1987 by the Settlor Samuel Parkinson to be known as "The Samuel & Freda Parkinson Charitable Trust" the objects of which are to apply the capital and income of the Trust Fund to such of the charities listed in the Trust Deed in such proportions as the Trustees may at their uncontrolled discretion determine.
