About

1) To promote to the benefit of the inhabitants of Dover and the neighbourhood, in common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time, with the object of improving the conditions of life.2) To secure the establishment of a Community Centre and to maintain and manage a Centre for activities promoted by the Association.
