Assist persons with educational costs who are under 25 and resident in Brighton & Hove for over 5 years. It provides financial assistance for persons preparing for, entering upon or engaged in any profession, trade, occupation or service, by providing them with outfits, paying fees, travel or maintenance expenses. Also, in promoting education (inc social & physical training) of such persons.
