Primarily, prudential supervision of Philippine scholars orphaned by Dona Paz Ferry disaster assisted by a salaried social worker and a voluntary religious/lay person in the Phils, now completed and closed. To support any other livelihood, economic, medical, educational and social projects in the Phils based especially in Leyte and Samar approved by the UK based fund trustees.
