HDSA manage Henfield Leisure Centre, which provides a well equipped gym, two squash courts, a main hall used for many activities, an aerobics/martial arts room and a bar/reception area. A large variety of sport and recreational activities are provided as specific exercise classes. A GP referral scheme is offered to local doctors so their patients can exercise in the gym under strict supervision
