- To collect, catalogue and conserve artefacts, documents, maps, photographs etc pertaining to the town of Barnet and the surrounding district;- To interpret and research the collection;- To offer the collection to the public through a permanent display, temporary exhibitions, lectures, publications, events and outreach programme, online presentation and responding to requests for information.
