The money in the trust is for the use and/or benefit of children of seventeen years of age and under absolutely. This shall be used for providing coaching for such children and to enable them to attend and take part in badminton tournaments, both in the UK and abroad. The capital will only be used for the above if insufficeint income is received from the investment made.
