In accordance with the terms of the Trust , the available income applied for the relief of poverty of persons who are members of the British residents assoc. of Monaco. The Trustees are satisfied that these purposes remain charitable. The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the Charities Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.
