REDBRIDGE STROKE CLUB

About

Weekly social meetings, run by volunteers, for stroke survivors, along with their carers, comprise chair-based exercises, followed by refreshments and a raffle. There are groups to help those with speech/language difficulties and memory stimulation; card and board games are available; carers meet for a chat. During the year, coach trips and socials are organised, and a christmas lunch.
