The Trust's responsibility is that 'the land is to be used and enjoyed by the people residing in the civil parish of Harlington in the County of Bedfordshire as a recreation ground.This is undertaken by leasing the day to day management of Bury Orchard to the Parish Council and liaising with the New Grounds Committee with regard to the sporting activities and upkeep..
