To help children and young people, especially, but not exclusively through leisure time activities, to develop their physical, mental and spiritual approach to life so they may may become mature adults and members of society. The main means for promoting & achieving this is by training and provision of their membership of a marching band, which rehearses, takes part in demonstrations and pageants.
